Great Price
You can not beat the cost if you want to stay at the resort cheaply. was there 4 nights--hotel room wasn't right at first, in addition the change was made at convenience, and new hotel room was upgraded. gorgeous. Short walk to Grand Californian, where you can enter the Park easily. Will be back in December.
Great for anyone with Special Diets
Everything was great. 6 year old daughter has PKU and has special diet restrictions. We sent her food and cooking instructions prior to arriving at the property and the Chefs prepared it for her at each meal and at no charge. We are already are planinng a return trip. The location was great close enough to return for lunch and a swim to cool off and then return back to either park.
stay elsewhere
we have been to disney world 50 + times staying on site and off. We NEVER had this many problems there...this hotel lacks the disney magic in a big way, we got a dumster view,yuck, and they messed up credit card bill so watch carefully as we did not charge to our hotel room in addition they said it was a computer glitch...they maxed out card. go to disney world and stay there if you truely want the MAGIC

Had a great time. the hotel room was nice, with plenty of room. only complaint is that our hotel room was not ready on time and it took a long time to get our luggage brought to our room. Other than that everything was great!

stayed 5 nights. hotel room spotless and comfortable. long walk with young kids to park. swimming pool area too hard, cant relax, difficult to get drink. lifeguards not adhering to rules, jumping in etc. service slow in coffee shop. not quite disney magic, almost!

Where - Hotel is gorgeous...CLEAN and SAFE...nice shopping area (Downtown Disney) and both Disneyland and California Adventure are within a five minute walk, which is great if you want to take a little R&R in . . .

I will never stay here again - The 1st hotel room we got was horrible. We asked for a new room, and the front desk was prompt in finding a new hotel room for us. The new hotel room was much nicer, until you got into the bathroom. T . . .
alamo - The walls were paper thin. The tub needed repair, one shower and out of hot water. If you just want a place to rest your head for the night this is the place, don't go for the ammenties . . .
